New Customer Service and Repair offerings from Minelab USA ...
At the recent Minelab dealer conference, Minelab renewed their commitment to their products, service and YOU the customer. Due to a demand for their metal detectors that was higher than they anticipated, there had been a period of time where products were back ordered. Minelab has been able to catch up with demand and the products are now more readily available to their customers.
Their repair department is now caught up and most repairs are completed within 2 days. With shipping you might be without your detector for up to 20 days, but what an improvement! The Excalibur machines take a little longer on turn time due to the waterproof nature of this machine. Each machine is tested in a pressurized water tank before it is sent back.
Minelab also announced that effective immediately, they have a new product replacement program.
